- Prop 5 – Oppose
- Prop 6 – Oppose
- Prop 7 – No Position
- Prop 8 – Oppose
- Prop 9 – Oppose

Analysis: Classic Garamendi
John Garamendi has been running for Governor ever since he became Lieutenant Governor. He even wanted to run in the 2003 recall election when he was Insurance Commissioner but was pressured out by Democratic Leadership.
His angle has always been to dramatically increase spending for education, infrastructure and social services; therefore, it isn’t surprising to see he supports bonds for just those things: Props 1A and 3 are infrastructure spending and Prop 12 is for Veterans Services.
